YES! is a deceptively simple yet effective concentration and ensemble building game. The game can be played with new groups or groups who know each other well.

YES! has different levels
LEVEL 1 Person A begins. They point at another participant (Person B) and look them in the eye. Person B says, "YES!" Person A then begins to move into Person B's spot while Person B points at another participant (Person C). Person C says "YES!" and Person B begins to move to Person C's spot in the circle before Person A reaches Person B's spot. And the game continues to be repeated in this fashion. Once participants understand the process, the game can be speeded up. An individual should not move until they have elicited a "YES!" from the person they are pointing at.
LEVEL 2 The game is the same minus the pointing. Person A makes eye contact with Person B. Person B says "YES!" and makes eye contact with Person C while Person A moves toward Person B's spot (as in Level 1). and the game pattern continues.
LEVEL 3 The game is now played silently using only eye contact and the established movement pattern.
