Instructions

The players begin in a cirlce so eveyone can see. The one who begins the warm up reaches up to "grab" a tiny piece of air. With his hands and/or body, his object is to mold it, shape it, and pass it on to the next person in the circle.  One can change the size, shape, weight, etc. of the piece of air.  One minute it might be a heavy barbell and the next, it might change to a frisbee.  To pass the "object," one may hand it off, dribble it, ooze it, or whatever he "sees."  The person next to him should accept it in the proper manner, change it, and continue to pass it around the cirlce.  The object can pass around as many times as the circle chooses. To conclude the game, I usually hold "the air" in my fingertips and blow on it as if to scatter the seeds of a dandelion.  Thus the tiny piece of air is once again freed into the universe.
