Instructions
Group stands in circle. Each person will on the spot create a movement to represent their an,e One person is selected first. They will do a movement while saying their name. The movement can represent who they are as an individual or just something fun. The use of levels is encouraged and shapes. One person performs their movement, then the entire group will repeat and say that individual's name and movement.
Once the individual oes their name the person clockwise to them does their name. The entire group will then repeat the name and movement of that person and then add it to the first person that did their movement. Each person adds their name/movement on to the person prior to them until all persons are done.
Adaptations
1. Do the movements without saying the names.
2. Do the movements faster.
3. Do the movements backwards.
4. Mix up the group.
