Description
A great warm up, to learn names of fellow cast members/classmates or to help build cooperation and teamwork.
Materials
Several Nerf balls or slightly deflated balls.

Standard RoomInstructions
1) Have the cast members/classmates form a standing circle.
2) Explain that the group will juggle a ball around the circle, using these rules:
- Must throw it to someone who hasn't caught it yet.
- Cannot throw to someone directly next to you.
- Last person throws to the first person (or the one who began juggling).
3) Set up the pattern of who throws to whom and practice it once or twice.
4) If the group is learning each others' names, they can all the person's name as they throw the ball to that person. Otherwise, they make eye contact an nod at the person they are throwing to.
5) As the group begins to get better at keeping the one ball going, have the first person throw in another ball. See how many balls the group can "juggle" without dropping them.
~ Discuss how they can improve their concentration and focus in order to improve the number of balls they can juggle.
~ Discuss the importance of teamwork when being part of a cast/class.
