Description

Using at least an 8.5” x 11” piece of poster board, please design a “Show Card” to advertise your scene.  The examples shown in class demonstrated the use of a strong single image or logo; however, a picture can accomplish the goals of a show card.

Prior to giving the assignment, I spend a 1/2 period showing examples (good and bad) of existing show cards from Broadway, College, community, and high school theatre.

Materials

8.5” x 11” piece of poster board, markers, colored pencils, computer, printer
