I am the author of RAISING THE CURTAIN, a Theatre teacher resource book with 4 years of curriculum for any age Theatre students, from 5-88 years of age, published by PerfectionLearning.com and BREAK A LEG, TIPS AND TRUISMS FOR A THEATRE TEACHER, which is self published by Theatresages@ix.netcom.com. I have a black box theater named The Gai Jones Theater in Placentia, CA. I teach pre-K through senior citizens, teach at 2 CA universities, do senior citizens workshops entitled Sage to Stage, direct in Ojai and Oxnard, CA, teach workshops around the nation for theatre associations and Thespian conferences. Love the world of Theatre Education. Would like to see more awards for Theatre educators and Theatre students; work with CA Educational Theatre Association, Drama Teachers of SO CA, and CA Educational Theatre Association members, CA Thespians. Working on a commerical career and have a voice over CD. Still emerging. Perform with senior readers theatre group in Ventura, CA.
