I've had a great life of professional touring, singing w/bands, doing original shows that never made it even close to Broadway, and a bazillion things in between. Now, I love teaching, and I'm so glad that my life is what it is.

Favorite theatrical moment
Seeing Angela Lansbury and Len Cariou open in "Sweeney Todd" in 1970 something and doing "A Little Priest" and the twisted / cruel irony in "Sweeney Todd" during "Johanna" with Sweeney slicing throats while singing the most beautiful ballad about his daughter.

Interests
I love gardening (veggies- I am flower challenged), dancing, singing (in the car, shower, or in my garden), and laughing. I love to cook (w/lotsa garlic) and entertain w/our friends-when we all get together and hang,and I love my husband, our son, and our huge dog.

I love integrating the arts into academic classrooms.
I love the arts because of the ability to learn, nurture, manage, and apply so many skills, and the practicality of utilization into real world application.
Accomplishments
Our fabulous soon-to-be 13 year old son- who is soooo smart, funny, gorgeous, thoughtful, and a very talented musician(guitar & drums), singer, and actor. He gets all his talent from his dad;)
